Poject Description
We take immense pride in our contribution to the construction of the Sarai Kale Khan Metro Station, a critical node in Delhi’s transit infrastructure. The centrepiece of this project was the fabrication and erection of a complex 3D structural frame having total quantum of more than 2500MT, which required an advanced level of engineering precision and innovation.

Highlights
The structure was made using Ø455 mm pipes with 16 mm thickness, each meticulously bent to precise 3D coordinates to achieve the architectural vision. The Structure was shaped to form the flowing, modern design that defines the station’s aesthetic appeal.
Supply, Fabrication & Erection of 3D Structure
To achieve this, we developed a custom pipe bending machine in-house—a major engineering feat. The machine was specially designed and built to handle the unique challenge of bending large-diameter, thick- structure steel pipes while maintaining exact dimensional accuracy. Overcoming this technical hurdle was a testament to our team’s problem-solving capabilities and innovative mindset.
The erection phase presented its own set of challenges. The site is located on one of the busiest roads in Delhi, demanding precision planning and coordination to safely lift and install components amidst live traffic conditions. This involved strategic scheduling, specialized lifting equipment, and close coordination with traffic management authorities to ensure minimal disruption to the public.
From design to execution, every phase of this project required careful planning, technical expertise, and seamless collaboration. We are proud to have successfully delivered this challenging project, which now stands as a part of Delhi’s ever-growing and modern transit system.
