To support the immense structural demands of such a tall building, the project incorporates composite columns constructed using Grade E450 steel, a high-strength material renowned for its durability and load-bearing capabilities. The total steel used in making of this building was approx. 10560 MT, completed by PJ Fab’s Team.
Additionally, the building’s floor beams are also constructed in steel.. The use of composite materials further enhances the efficiency of the design, providing a balance of strength, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
