Scope of Work
We were entrusted with the fabrication, transportation, and installation of a variety of structural steel components across several key areas of the airport project. These included:
- Main Building Structure: We fabricated robust composite steel columns and steel beams, ensuring that all components met the stringent specifications and safety standards required for the airport’s infrastructure.
- Mezzanine Structure: A crucial element in enhancing the airport’s capacity, our team fabricated and erected a mezzanine structure that maximized space and supported the complex needs of the terminal.
- Roof Structure: The roof structure was a pivotal aspect of the design, requiring precise fabrication and careful erection to ensure long-lasting stability and durability, while complementing the overall design of the airport terminal.
- Car Parking Facilities: Designed with an idea to meet growing demand for parking at the airport, we executed the steel framework for extensive car parking areas, optimizing both space and functionality.
- Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB): Our team fabricated and installed the Passenger Boarding Bridge, ensuring smooth and secure access for passengers as they move from the terminal to aircraft. This high-precision installation met international aviation standards, contributing to the overall efficiency of airport operations.

- Project Inauguration: The Fully functional Airport was inaugurated by PM-Narendra Modi Ji on 10th March 2025, The construction of this airport was completed in just 16 months.
- Structural Steel Volume: Approximately 2,500 Metric Tons (MT) of high-quality structural steel were executed throughout the project.
- Precision and Quality: All fabrication processes were carried out at our state-of-the-art facilities, utilizing advanced technology and skilled craftsmanship at our facility at Bawal, Haryana to meet the project’s specifications.
- Seamless Execution: We ensured smooth logistics for transportation and efficient on-site erection, all while adhering to a tight project schedule.
