Steel Procurement and Supply
Supplying approximately 550 MT of structural steel, ensuring high-quality material standards.
Fabrication
Fabricating structural steel components (beams, columns, trusses, purlins, etc.) at our advanced fabrication facility at IMT-Bawal, Distt: Rewari, Haryana
Utilizing state-of-the-art machinery for precise cutting, welding, and assembly, ensuring high-quality production and minimal wastage.
Components was pre-fabricated for easy transport and quick assembly on-site.
Transportation and Logistics
Coordinating transportation of steel components to the Kullu site, considering the mountainous terrain and remote location.
Ensuring safe, efficient delivery using trucks capable of navigating narrow, winding roads.
On-Site Erection and Installation
A dedicated team of skilled professionals was deployed for the on-site installation and assembly of the steel structure.
Use of cranes, rigging, and other necessary machinery to ensure that all structural components are erected with precision and safety.
Quality Control and Safety
Continuous monitoring of quality throughout the procurement, fabrication, and installation phases.

High-altitude Logistics:
Due to the location in the mountainous region, transportation of steel materials was big challenge..
Weather Conditions:
The region is subject to harsh weather, including snowfall and low temperatures. All steel components was treated with protective coatings to resist rust and corrosion.
Site Accessibility:
Access to the site was limited due to narrow roads and challenging pathways. We had planned and coordinated the movement of materials carefully, ensuring that steel components are delivered to the site in a timely and organized manner.
