Our involvement in this iconic project encompassed several key responsibilities, including:

1. Steel Pipe Fabrication: We were tasked with the fabrication of trusses , Purlins, Bracings with use of majorly  355 OD x 12mm thick steel pipes, which were essential to forming the large, curved, and robust structure required for the auditorium. These pipes were carefully bended, welded, and prepared to meet the exact design specifications.
2. Bending of Steel Pipes: A key aspect of the project was the bending of the large steel pipes into the desired shape. We employed advanced bending techniques to ensure that the pipes conformed to the specific curvature required to form the truss structure, maintaining both structural integrity and aesthetic precision.
3. Truss Fabrication: Once the pipes were bent to the required shape, we combined them into a complex truss configuration. The truss was designed to provide both strength and flexibility to the conch-shaped structure, supporting the entire roof and upper portions of the auditorium.
4. Steel Structure Erection: With the trusses fabricated and assembled, our team carefully erected the steel structure to its final height of 60 meters. The high-rise nature of the project presented significant logistical and safety challenges, all of which were successfully managed through rigorous planning, coordination, and execution.
