The curved roof design is another recommendation from our portfolio of product​s for clients keen on using aluminum structure as their choice of portable structure. This design structure is available in span widths of following measurements – 10 m, 12 m, 15 m and 20 m. Despite the curved roofing these structures are reliable ad can stand sufficient wind loads without much loss to structure’s strength. These are also extensively used for exhibitions – small, medium or large. A lot of industrial applications for storage and warehousing needs also use this structure.

The 10 m variant comes with 10 m span width, 3 m eave height and 4.7 m ridge height. Bay spacing of this module is 5 m and roof pitch is 18 °. The longest component is of 5.4 m stretch, wind loading limit is 102km/h and main profile dimensions as 150*120.

Another variant for curved roof design is the 12 m span width variant. This variant is useful for several in industries. Our clients have used them in the past for their warehousing and storage shed requirements. Event industry has also benefitted by using this design for their exhibitions. This aluminium based structure is also robust and capable of handling wind loading limit upto 102 km/h. The structure is flame retardant as per market standards and aluminium type used is hard pressed extruded structural series aluminium.

15 m span width variant from PJFAB India is our variant made with hard pressed extruded structural series aluminium like all other curved roof design variants. This variant is also strong and reliable and comes with the promise of a long life. It can withstand wind loads and thereby a good solution to protect machinery or goods from climatic fluctuations. Connecting components used for this curved roof design is usually hot dipped, structural grade galvanised steel.

The largest span width that we offer as part of our variants is the 20 m Curved Roof Design variant. It is a durable structure based out of aluminium and uses galvanised steel for connecting components. Standard roof and was covering option offered is high gloss white PVC coated polyester fabric. Some of the applications where this is commonly used are warehouses, medium and large exhibition setups and storage units for machinery, equipment or goods.
